Finally it arrived!!!

My friends Secret Santa present finally showed up which means I can finally post a picture of what I sent!!! Stitchy bug coaster, caramel scented secret perfume kit by DMC, gold plated needles, thread heaven & sparkly blue aida :) Changed the design on the coaster slightly, used multicoloured thread for the body, silver krenik thread for the bug's needle and blue thread for the bug's stitching :) Still working on the birth sampler for my boss, almost finished the border and have charted out all the details. Now i just need to get on and finish it! Happy Stitching!

I'm Late, I'm Late!

My boss and his wife had a baby girl on Wednesday 10th February and I've still not finished the birth sampler he picked out, luckily he's on paternity leave until the 27th so I have sometime to get it finished before he's back!!
Pattern for the mushrooms I posted last time is avaliable to download free from spritestitch.com just follow the link: http://www.spritestitch.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1752 however you will need a program called KG Chart to veiw the pattern which is also avaliable as a free download here: http://www.iktsoft.net/kgchart-en/kgchart/
Tusal 2010 goes well, lots and lots of black thread in my jar this month from the mushrooms, also some pinks and reds from my secret santa project which I'm hoping will arrive soon so I can post a picture of it!
UFO SAL has been suspended for the next two weeks so I can focus on finishing this birth sampler off :)
Think that's everything for this week :)
